Shinner Takes First Win On The Line For Formula Ford

HFF Race Win at Donington!

Spencer Shinner has scored his first-ever win in a car, taking the first Historic Formula Ford race over Christian Goller and Matt Wrigley in a dynamic and unpredictable four-car contest.

Shinner and Wrigley, both in Merlyns, took turns trying different lines around Redgate in an attempt to outsmart one another and gain an advantage, but they were also pressured all the way by Christian Goller’s Lola T200 and Ross Drybrough in another Merlyn. The main rivalry was between Shinner and Wrigley, who both led for good parts of the 20-minute race, but Goller also took the lead mid-race, the first time he has done so.
